What we collect
If you submit the contact or newsletter form we store your name, email, phone if given, and the message. We use this only to reply, check a hotfix, or send the patch mail you asked for. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not request.
If you accept cookies, the browser may keep a local preference so the cookie bar does not reappear. See the Cookie Policy. Server logs may keep an IP address for a short time so we can see if the site is down; we do not use those logs to profile readers.
What we skip
We do not sell contact lists. We do not run advertising pixels on this site. Forms stay in the desk inbox. Questions about younger players are handled with extra care: we publish usernames only when they already appear on a public patch clip.
How long we keep data
Question and report messages are kept for as long as needed to finish the file and for ordinary accounting. You can ask us to delete a newsletter address at any time by writing to the desk. Published reports stay on the site as a public record unless a legal takedown applies.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Send the request to [email protected]. Stills from a paid recap night are covered by the coverage note and the Copyright page.
