Pages, text, and launch stills on Patchwire report pages are for information. A recap, a release file, or a caption pack is only confirmed when the desk replies in writing with a day and a fee if one applies. Hotfix lines on the site are our files, not an official studio ruling.
Questions and coverage
Dates in correspondence are estimates until both sides agree. A deposit may be required to hold a recap slot when space is limited. Cancellation terms are stated in that confirmation email. We may decline a question that we cannot check against a public hotfix.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, copy, or republish launch stills without a license. Do not submit false contact details or fake hotfix results. See also the Copyright page. Automated harvesting of the calendar list is not allowed.
Liability
The site is provided as shown. We work to keep it available but cannot promise uninterrupted access on a Steam reset. Limits of liability for a paid recap are in the confirmation email. Read the Disclaimer. New Zealand law is the reference for disputes about this site.
Updates
We may revise these terms when the desk changes how it files launches. The date at the top of this page is the version that applies. Continued use after that date means you have seen the new wording.
